| On a December 2009 trip to Lugansk, I happened upon Single Heart of Ukraine through a girl I met on the Dream-Marriage site. At 18, the girl was a little young for me but she introduced me to the agency manage, Elena, who was very helpful. In Lugansk I worked with 5 different agencies, including 2 that were corrupt.
Of all the agency managers, Elena was the only one who asked me what kind of girl I would like to meet. I said I get along best with girls who are a little bit shy but who have ambition to achieve things in life. Sure enough, she pointed out some ladies who were 25-32 and who were not into drinking or the nightclub scene. I realized that Elena is that rare combination of agency manager, psychologist, and gracious hostess.
The service was very good, and the ladies and interpreters were always on-time for their meetings. I booked my return trip to the airport through the agency. The driver came on time and not only helped me with my luggage, but stayed while I checked in and ushered me to the security checkpoint. I look forward to working more with Single Heart of Ukraine. |

| Hello Anna and staff!
If you remember me I came out to Lugansk to meet with Olga from the 11th to the 20th of this month. With all of the bad luck I had with my plane flight and becoming semi stranded in Kiev with missing the flight due to rain, and having to take the bus from Kiev to Lugansk. I want to inform you of my perception of your office and staff. From the time I arrived in Kiev your office has been there for me when I needed help and guidance being a stranger in Ukraine. The office staff was worried as well as I did not know how I was going to arrive in Lugansk. But Anna the owner of Lugan-Girl Agency offered me some help but I did not want to put Anna out but, I would see them the next day when I arrived by bus the next morning. From the first moment I got off of the bus Julia had been there waiting for me our translator and life line ; ) I just could not believe that this Agency had indeed come through for me. Julia my life line for four days with my meeting with Olga and Julia’s professional attitude was not only that of her job to be helpful for myself and Olga but this seems to be her passion in life to help people or I should say to see people happy in life. Julia’s help could never be repaid back. I do not think there is enough money in this world that I could give to her for her help or any material possession that could ever be given to her for all of the hard work she had to go through with me and of the worry of my whereabouts she had as well as the care she took of me being a stranger in a country that I know not all that much about nor the language for that matter. Julia I commend you! And just to inform you that when I asked Olga for her hand in life to be my life long partner she said YES!!! I don't think any of this would have been possible without your help. So thank you all for your roll in this meeting each and everyone of you. Oh and Anna, just as I had mentioned to you in your office, I still believe that if Julia had ever left your company it would be a great loss to everyone and for future clients. {{{ Big Hugs to Julia }}} : )

| I have been using the Internet on and off since 2001 searching for a life partner and I have learnt that you have to be careful because many sites or the women whose photos you see on them are not honest. So in the first instance a "leap of faith" is needed. But not with Lugan- Girl because I can recommend it to you.
After my leap of faith I began some initial correspondence with a young lady registered with the Lugan Girl site and I travelled to Lugansk to meet her just before Christmas 2003. After a few meetings it became apparent that we were not meant for each other. Since I was in Lugansk for few days Ludmila, the manager of Lugan Girl, was able arrange a meeting with another girl. Although this too was not successful, I was impressed by Ludmila's ability to make quick arrangements so that my remaining time in Lugansk was not wasted.
I don't think that my experiences are unusual in not being successful at the first or even second attempt. You can't easily tell a person's personality from photos and letters. It could take you several years to find the right woman so don't rush it. It will also cost you quite a lot of money and time, what with all the travelling, but consider it an investment towards your future happiness.
Anyway, Ludmila and I discussed a second visit with several interviews over the course of a few days and I set out to Lugansk again in the spring of 2004. The events of the next few days were very professionally arranged and carefully planned. Afterwards, I returned to England with a good feeling that I might have found someone at last and I continued to write to one of the girls I had met. After several more visits to Ukraine my girlfriend came to visit me in England. Homesickness was always my concern but she was fine, and got on well with my relatives. I proposed on New Year's day 2005 and we are going to be married in the summer.
The point to all this is that I am very happy with the service provided by Lugan Girl. It is a small outfit working out of an unassuming office, in a town, you probably never heard of before, but the service is excellent. Ludmila, the manager, can make all the arrangements for you and with several skilled translators who also work there, you won't have a problem with the language barrier. You can fly or get the overnight train from Kyiv to Lugansk; both services are direct.
